Why you’ll love this Protein Cookie Dough
Protein snacks are all the rage these days. I do enjoy making them too, like my marshmallow protein bars and pumpkin protein breakfast cake! However, most of the protein snack recipes that you’ll find will have dairy, like whey protein and cottage cheese, making it harder to hit those protein goals for those of us who can’t have dairy.
I wanted to make an edible cookie dough that tastes like the real thing, but is packed with protein! Here’s why you’ll love it…

- No dairy! This protein cookie dough is free of whey protein, cottage cheese, or Greek yogurt. Instead, it uses coconut-collagen yogurt, almond flour, and dairy-free protein powder for a protein boost without dairy!
- Perfect cookie dough texture. It has that perfectly soft and scoopable texture that you know and love from cookie dough.
- Extra protein, but in dessert form. This recipe tastes like dessert, but it has 11 G of added protein!
