Ingredients

For the GF Pizza Bagel

  • 1 gluten-free bagel I use the Greater Knead
  • ½ cup tomato sauce of choice or nomato sauce
  • ¼ cup shredded cheese sub-dairy-free cheese
  • 3-4 mushrooms sliced
  • Cooked ground beef
  • 2 tsp parsley chopped

For the GF Sandwich

  • 2 slices paleo or gluten-free bread I use AWG bakery for paleo bread
  • ½ cup arugula
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp balsamic vinegar
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 3-4 slices Proscuitto
  • ½ avocado sliced

Instructions

For the GF Pizza Bagel

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Assemble the bagel by topping with sauce, shredded cheese, mushroom, and cooked ground beef.
  • Transfer to the preheated oven and cook for 5-8 minutes or until the bagel is soft and the cheese is melted. Serve topped with parsley.

For the GF Sandwich

  • Lightly toast the bread using your preferred method.
  • Dress the arugula with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and pepper. Add to the sandwich along with Proscuitto, and avocado. Slice and serve later.
