Why Unbound Wellness Exists
Unbound Wellness began as a personal need and desire for allergen-friendly food that actually tasted like the real thing, and has since evolved into a trusted resource that has helped millions!
Founder, Michelle Hoover, was diagnosed with Hashimoto’s disease at 17 and struggled with fatigue, digestive issues, and food intolerances. After achieving significant health improvements by changing her diet, she became a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, dove into the Autoimmune Protocol, and found her passion in recipe development.
Unbound Wellness lets you enjoy recipes like Strawberry Marshmallow Fluff or Orange Beef without feeling sluggish afterward. We help you experience joy in food while using whole food ingredients!
