  • Step One. Prepare the rims on your cups.

Since this recipe is frozen, you definitely want to prep it fresh or within an hour or so. However, it comes together really quickly!

Frozen Watermelon Margarita Mocktail


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups watermelon, frozen
  • 1 cup strawberries, frozen
  • 1 1/4 cup water
  • 3 tbsp lime juice (plus fresh lime for the rim of the glass)
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • Salt for the rim of the glasses

Instructions

  • Prepare two glasses and slide a lime slide across the rim of the glasses. Dip the rim into sea salt to coat the rim. Set aside.
  •  Using a high-speed blender, blend watermelon, strawberries, water, lime juice, and honey. Blend for 15-20 seconds until a thick liquid. Add an extra splash of water if your blender needs some extra help. 
  • Pour the margarita into the glasses and serve with lime slices.
