This snickerdoodle latte is the perfect fall drink to make at home! It’s paleo and vegan-friendly.

Snickerdoodle Latte

Now that fall is here, I’m seriously ready to cozy up with some warming and comforting treats! National coffee day is on September 29th this year, and though I do love a pumpkin spice latte, I decided to mix it up with this snickerdoodle latte.

Snickerdoodles are synonymous with cinnamon sugar, and this latte combines the rich flavor of coffee with the sweet cinnamon sugar flavor to make the perfect fall drink. It tastes just like something you’d get at a fancy coffee shop, but you can easily make it at home!

The Ingredients for the Snickerdoodle Latte

Being a new mom, I love being able to get everything I need in one place and save as much time as possible. Luckily, everything in this latte can be found at Sprouts!

  • Almond milk. I like to use either Califa Farms almond milk or MALK. You can find both of these at Sprouts.
  • Cinnamon and coconut sugar. These give the signature snickerdoodle taste!
  • Coconut cream. This makes the latte even creamier.
  • Brewed coffee. Feel free to either use regular coffee or decaf, both of which are easy to find at Sprouts.

How to Make this Paleo Snickerdoodle Latte

  • Steam the milk. sing a small pot, combine the almond milk, cinnamon, coconut sugar, and vanilla extract. Steam and use a milk frother (or a whisk) to lightly froth until foamy.

  • Divide the coffee evenly into two large coffee mugs (6 oz per mug) and pour milk over each of the mugs.
  • Use a spoon to add the coconut cream on top of the coffee, and lightly stir with a spoon. Serve topped with additional cinnamon if desired.

Can you make this a decaf latte?

You can!  This latte works great as a decaf as well. Simply follow the recipe as written and just use decaf coffee instead.

Can you make this latte iced?

Though I think that the hot drink is perfect for fall, you very well likely can make this iced as well. Allow it to cool and pour it over ice for a yummy iced latte.
