Mango Chia Pudding
This mango chia pudding is the perfect naturally sweet, high-fiber breakfast or snack. It’s dairy-free and made with whole, fresh mango.

Why you’ll love this mango chia pudding
Chia pudding is a life hack. It’s packed with fiber, easy to make, and so good you can have it as a snack/dessert or with breakfast. Recipes like my cannoli chia pudding and tiramisu chia pudding are staples in my house. And with mango season upon us, I wanted to make something that was bursting with mango flavor!
This mango chia pudding is full of fiber, it’s naturally sweet, and it couldn’t be easier to make! Here’s why you’ll love it…

- Quick and easy! No cooking required, and you still have an impressive, decadent recipe!
- Naturally sweetened. This recipe relies on fresh mango for sweetness, no white sugar requried.
- Dairy-free option. You can easily make this with Greek yogurt, or a dairy-free Greek-style yogurt.
Recipe Ingredients
See the recipe card below for full information on ingredients and quantities.

- Greek-style yogurt. I like to use Culina coconut yogurt, but you can easily use regular Greek yogurt.
- Almond milk. You can also use coconut or oat milk.
- Chia seeds.
- Vanilla extract.
- Mango. I like to use Altalufo mango. I recommend using fresh mango rather than frozen, as frozen has a lot of excess liquid.
How to make Mango Chia Pudding

Step Two. Mix the chia seeds and liquid. Set in the fridge until firm overnight.
Michelle’s Tips and Tricks
- Add toppings. Adding extra diced mango and shredded toasted coconut is really the cherry on top!
- Make it higher protein with protein powder. If you want to add more protein, I recommend blending a protein powder into the base along with 1/4 cup more almond milk to balance it out.
