Tips & Tricks
- The rice paper can take some work. If it’s your first time working with rice paper, it takes a bit of work to get the motion down, but go slow and carefully!
- Get messy and eat it with your hands! I find these kind of inconvenient to eat with a fork and knife. Just dive in with your hands.
Can you make this recipe in the air fryer?
I haven’t tested it, but it should work! I would set the air fryer to 350 F, lightly brush with oil and cook for a few minutes on each side.
CAN YOU MAKE THIS RECIPE AHEAD OF TIME?
You can definitely make the caramel up to a week ahead of time, but I would wait to assemble the rolls fresh. The rice paper can dry out if you leave it in the fridge.
