Step one. Using a large, deep pan, add the ground beef and season with salt and pepper. Crumble until the ground beef is browned.

Step three. Add the garlic and minced onion. Toss to coat and allow the garlic to cook.

Step five. Pour the broth into the pan, stirring constantly as you pour. Add the coconut aminos and stir to combine.

  • Control the thickness of your gravy to your liking.
    • If you prefer a thinner gravy: Add extra broth to thin out the gravy.
    • If you’d like a thicker gravy: Whisk about 1 tsp of arrowroot starch with a splash of broth and add it to the pan.
  • Add veggies. This recipe would be perfect with some cauliflower rice mixed in with the gravy, or even peas.
