This matcha pina colada is an alcohol-free beverage that combines a matcha latte with pineapple coconut milk! It’s the perfect summer drink that’s easily made at home.

As someone who doesn’t drink, I always get jealous when I see a fun drink like a Piña Colada at the pool! Of course I could just order it without rum, and that’s what I tend to do when I’m out, but if I’m a home, I can get a little bit more creative. So if I want a drink spiked, it’s going to be with caffeine!

This Matcha Piña Colada is a cross between a virgin Piña Colada and a matcha latte, making it the perfect fun beverage for summer!

Tips & Tricks

  • Spice up the presentation. You can get as fancy as you want with paper umbrellas and pineapple wedges!
  • Adjust sweetener to taste. I prefer my matcha unsweetened, but my husband preferred this drink with a bit of extra sweetener.

Can you make this ahead of time?

This is definitely best fresh, but you can make the pineapple and coconut milk ahead of time and keep it in the fridge for a day!
