Recently, an idea popped into my head to make pickle gummies! Literally pickle juice in gummy form. I know that this idea is going to be super polarizing. There are a lot of pickle haters that just won’t get it, but that’s okay, because it’s for my pickle lovers!

So if you love pickles, here’s why you’ll love these gummies too…

Michelle’s Tips & Tricks

  • Balance the flavor with water. If you prefer to balance the pickle flavor, use 1/2 cup water and 1/2 cup pickle juice for a milder flavor
  • Add a coating. These would be really fun to coat in Tajin for spice!

Keep in mind that these are high in sodium

Yes, pickle juice is indeed high in sodium, so I wouldn’t eat this whole batch at once. I recommend eating just a few at a time!

Storage Instructions

Store the pickle gummies in the fridge for 5-7 days.
