Cranberry Pomegranate Holiday Mocktail

Mocktails are so underrated. If you’re abstaining from alcohol, or can’t drink for health reasons, mocktails are just so much more fun than just drinking water – especially during the holidays! I mean, we’ve come a long way with all of the great sparkling water options on the market that are incredibly tasty and convenient, but making your own really gives you a lot of control and impresses your party guests to boot!

This cranberry pomegranate holiday mocktail is perfect for the holiday season. It’s fizzy, festive, delicious, and is so simple to make. You can scale the recipe up or down depending on how many party guests you have, and both kids and adults will like it! But let’s be real… if you can tolerate a bit of alcohol and want to add a little shot of vodka or something like that to this drink, it will totally work!

The Ingredients for this Mocktail

  • Orange
  • Sparkling Water: I like to use Topo Chico, but Pellegrino is another great choice.
  • Cranberry Juice
  • Pomegranate Juice
  • Fresh Cranberries

How To Make Cranberry Pomegranate Holiday Mocktail

  • Cut Fruits: Prepare the orange by slicing about 1/2 of the orange into small wedges. Set aside the other 1/2 of the orange for juicing.
  • Combine & Serve: Using two tall glasses, fill 1/3rd of the way with ice. Divide the sparkling water, pomegranate juice, cranberry juice, fresh cranberries, and orange slices between the two glasses. Finish with juice from the other portion of the orange and stir well to combine. Serve fresh.

Can you add alcohol to this drink?

Sure! I haven’t tried it but something like vodka could be a good addition.

Can you make this drink ahead of time?

Since this is made with sparkling water, it’s definitely best fresh so the sparkling water doesn’t go flat!

What sparkling water do you use?

I like to use Topo Chico, but Pellegrino is another great choice.
