The Ingredients for the Tarragon Chicken Salad

  • Cooked and Diced Chicken. You can use rotisserie chicken in a pinch.
  • Tarragon. Make sure to get fresh tarragon!
  • Lemon Juice.
  • Slivered Almonds.
  • Coconut Yogurt. If you tolerate it, you could also make this with Greek yogurt or mayo.
