This is a great spice for pork chops. I made 2 substitutions. I used rubbed sage for oregano bc I was out, and powdered ginger instead of black pepper.
Yum! So glad you enjoyed!
Delicious!!! Very simple to make and came out so juicy and flavorful.
Thank you so much!!
Soo yummy and so easy!!! Thanks for this recipe!!! You’ve given me hope that pork chops don’t have to be bland anymore lol
How large, in ounces, were the pork chops?
It can be a bit flexible but around 6 oz is good!
DELICIOUS! The pork was cooked perfectly and had tons of flavor.
Super yummy. Even my picky mother-in-law liked it. I added thin slices of apple anywhere there was space in the pan and that added to the delicious. Great recipe, thanks!
So glad!
This came out PERFECTLY!!! So much that my mother-in-law, the poster child for picky, enjoyed them and said it out loud.
I was snacking on an apple when I set the chops in the baking dish, so I sliced the remaining half very thinly and fit the apples around the chops. They were a beautiful addition.
Is the coconut sugar a little less sweet than brown sugar? It wasn’t very sweet, which is always a plus for me. The apples picked up a little of the rub. I think that next time I’ll add an apple and first sprinkle it with the rub too.
Thanks for another winner!
We can’t do coconut sugar, would maple syrup be a doable replacement?
Sure!!
