These everything bagel crackers are an easy and delicious homemade snack. They’re vegan, paleo, and grain-free.
Everything Bagel Crackers
As a native New Yorker, I’ve always been a huge bagel fan. Everything bagel really got even bigger when pre-made everything bagel seasoning came around! It’s so perfect for adding that bagel flavor to pretty much anything, especially lower carb options like these crackers. These everything bagel crackers are the perfect bagel substitute if you’re craving bagels, but want something fun and different. They’re paleo, vegan, and so simple to make at home! Serve it with a cream cheese dip to tie to all together, or snack on them by themselves.
The Ingredients
- Almond Flour & Tapioca Starch. The base of the crackers! You can also use arrowroot starch.
- Ground Flaxseed. This is used as an egg substitute. I haven’t tried an actual egg in this recipe.
- Olive Oil. You can also use something like avocado or coconut oil!
- Everything Bagel Seasoning. The magic that ties everything together!
How to Make Everything Bagel Crackers
- Make the flax egg: Using a large bowl, combine the flax egg and allow it to set for 5 minutes.
- Make the dough: Add the remainder of the ingredients (reserving the bagel seasoning) and mix until a dough forms. Add the dough onto a sheet of parchment paper. Place another sheet of parchment paper on top of the dough and use a rolling pin to flatten.
- Prepare the crackers: Remove the top layer. Sprinkle the bagel seasoning over the crackers. Slice into small squares and carefully transfer the parchment onto a baking sheet
- Bake & serve: Bake in the oven at 350 F for 20 minutes, until golden brown. Allow to cool before enjoying with dairy-free cream cheese if desired.

To keep them fresh longer, I keep them in the fridge!
What dip can you serve these crackers with?
These crackers are great on their own or you can serve them with something like a dairy-free cream cheese like Kite Hill!
Can you make this recipe AIP?
This particular recipe is pretty dependant on non-AIP ingredients. However, you can easily adapt these everything bagel sweet potato chips to be AIP and they’ll definitely satisfy your everything bagel cravings!

- 3 tbsp water
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1 tbsp tapioca starch
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 1/2 tbsp everything bagel seasoning
Instructions
- Using a large bowl, combine the flax and water to make the flax egg. Mix and allow it to set and thicken for 5 minutes.
- Add the remainder of the ingredients (reserving the bagel seasoning) and mix until a dough forms.
- Add the dough onto a sheet of parchment paper. Place another sheet of parchment paper on top of the dough and use a rolling pin to flatten.
