Now that we’re all trying to get more protein these days, I decided it was time to try out a protein peach ring! I was skeptical that it would even work, but luckily for all of us, it does!

Michelle’s Tips & Tricks
- Consider drying the peach rings for a chewier texture. Store-bought gummies go through a drying process over 24-48 hours for that chewy texture. However, that can’t be safely done with this recipe as it uses real fruit juice, and a dehydrator will melt them completely. You can, however, do a home-friendly process with a fan! Carefully remove them from the molds and place them on a wire rack. Raise the rack and put a small fan next to the rack. Turn on low and allow to dry for 90 minutes- 2 hours.
- Make them fresh. Since they use real fruit juice, these peach rings need to be stored in the fridge, but this granulated sweetener will slowly liquify once placed in the fridge, so I highly recommend enjoying them immediately. However, you can also store them without sweetener in the fridge, and then dry and add sweetener to serve.
What should you do with the leftover peach pulp?
The pulp is perfect to serve on top of yogurt bowls, oatmeal, or you can even add it to a smoothie!
How do you store these?
Store these in the fridge for a few days in a glass container. Keep in mind that the best option is to store them without the granulated sweetener!
