Ready to start the New Year with some anti-inflammatory dinner ideas? These are some of my favorite recipes, both delicious and nutritious. They are all gluten-free and can be made dairy-free! There are so many options to enjoy!
A Quick List of Anti-Inflammatory Foods
Including but not limited to…
- Ginger. Ginger is well known as a great anti-inflammatory ingredient, and this study explores its effects further.
- Turmeric. In this article, Mary-Eve Brown, an oncology clinical dietitian at Johns Hopkins, explains that turmeric is rich in curcumin, which is anti-inflammatory! Turmeric is amazing in tea, as well as soups, and more.
- Salmon, sardines, and tuna. Fish like salmon and sardines are packed with omega-3 fatty acids, making it a great anti-inflammatory main dish! (source)
