Tips & Tricks for Gluten and Dairy Free Desserts

  • Gluten-free flours are not interchangeable. I like to use many different types of flour for baking to give different flavors and textures, but they are rarely able to substitute for one another. So for the best results, be sure to pick a recipe with the types of flours you have! Check out my post on my complete guide to grain-free flours to learn more about each flour!
  • Think about whether you want to make ahead or serve fresh! Gluten-free baking can often can finicky with long storage times. Some recipes are best fresh, while others store well for a few days. I’ve noted in most recipes how to store, but it is important to keep in mind!

Ingredients
 

  • 2 peaches, halved and pitted
  • 2 tsp coconut oil, melted (sub ghee if tolerated)
  • 1 tsp coconut sugar
  • Pinch of cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Add the peaches to the base of the air fryer basked skin side down and top with coocnut oil, coconut sugar, and cinnamon.
  • Air fry at 350 F for 8 minutes. The peaches should be tender and lightly caramelized.
  • Serve with coconut cream or dairy-free ice cream of your choice.
